The presidential candidate of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko said at a meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and head of Gazprom Alexei Miller in the Russian capital that is willing to offer the options of the extension of the transit contract with Russia on gas.
According to Boyko, the story is about the conclusion of direct contracts on deliveries.
"Because today the situation is abnormal, when the gas comes from Europe without a direct contract," - said the politician.
Boyko said that the current Ukrainian government does not show necessary activity for contract renewal.
