The court rejected the claim for cancellation of registration Zelensky presidential candidate

The sixth appellate Court of Kiev in the night of Sunday in full rejected the claim about cancellation of registration of Vladimir Zelensky candidate in presidents of Ukraine.

The court found that the appeals Zelensky to buy tickets to the discussion at the stadium NSK "Olympic" referred to in the complaint, do not fall under the definition of " bribery who came to the polls ". The court also found that the calls of the candidate to register for tickets to the debate is not the election campaign.

The Court said that the range of capabilities of the observer who filed the suit are limited to only one County, according to its registration at the CEC.

The decision can be appealed to the Supreme court of Ukraine. If the appeal will not be filed, it will take effect in 30 days.

Commissioner Zelensky said the court's Decision is justified, they will not appeal.

Chief staff lawyer Vadim Zelensky, Galaychuk said that the claim has no prospects to his submission and satisfaction has no legal grounds.
