Vladimir Putin approved the new doctrine of energy security of the state, the corresponding decree posted on the official portal of legal information. The previous version of the doctrine from November 2012 no longer in force. in the document the task to eliminate the competition of different types of Russian resources in world markets. similarly, the doctrine reflected the decrease in the share of hydrocarbons in the energy mix, development of renewable and gas market, the increase in consumption of liquefied natural gas. in addition, Putin ordered to develop the integration of the countries of the EEU and the CIS, deepening the partnership in BRICS, SCO, GECF and OPEC. Stresses the need to combat discrimination of Russian organizations in the global energy markets. at the end of November, the Secretary of security Council Nikolay Patrushev said that the new doctrine of national security has already been adopted, it shall be approved by the supervisor. As noted by Minister of energy Alexander Novak, energy security implies a stable internal needs, the development of the inventory and maintaining a leading position in international markets. <span style="color:darkgray
