The ship will take part in the naval NATO exercises Baltops (Baltic Operations) 2019, which will be held from 9 to 21 June in the Baltic sea. In total, the maneuvers will involve 18 countries-members of NATO and partners in the Commonwealth. Will involve about 12 thousand soldiers, 44 warships and more than 40 airplanes and helicopters.
during Baltops 2019 are expected to conduct amphibious operations, testing operations, air defense and a battle with surface ships and submarine forces of a potential enemy. The exercises will be held in the South of the Baltic sea and off the coast of Germany, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark.
