The Federation Council has released a draft law on the strengthening of retribution for the fatal accidents caused by drunk drivers. the draft law amends the 264-th publication of the Criminal code ( "failure to adhere to road traffic and operation of vehicles" ). What will change: in addition, the bill proposes to toughen penalties for the act in a state of intoxication similar crimes on railway, air, Maritime and inland water transport and subway, making changes in the 263-th publication of the Criminal code. It is also proposed to complement the 4th part of the 15th article of the Criminal code, adding to the category of serious careless actions, for the act which the maximum punishment does not exceed fifteen years of punishment. <span style="color:darkgray
