Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held the dialogue on the sidelines of the summit of "Big twenty" in Osaka. One of the Central themes was the question of concluding a peace Treaty between Moscow and Tokyo. Abe's own party said that was the clear outline of the questions for this cross.
