"Naftogaz" has filed a lawsuit with a demand to recover from Russia 5, 2 billion dollars, said the press service of the Ukrainian state-owned companies. it is expected that the court will make a decision before the end of 2020. in March it was announced that the Ukrainian company has won an arbitration Tribunal in the Hague a lawsuit against the capital of Russia for recovery of damages due to the loss of assets on the Peninsula. The amount was planned to find out later, although Kiev was counting on eight billion. the Russian Ministry of justice revealed that Moscow was not involved in this proceeding and does not recognize the decision of the Hague court, because it has no jurisdiction for consideration of the Ukrainian claim.
