Regardie appealed to the Council on human rights under the President with the initiative to adjust in a Memo to correspondents covering public events. the Ministry made the proposal to introduce a ban on correspondents to disseminate information about employees and their families. The HRC has developed a booklet on 2 August and sent a document for review in the Ministry of interior, the Union of correspondents of Russia and Resguardo. the interior Ministry urged not to allow provocations regarding employees. <span style="color:darkgray
