Gazprom has paid Naftogaz of 2, 9 billion according to the decision of the Stockholm arbitration, said the Russian authorized organization. He noted that the payment took place within the time stipulated by the Protocol on gas cooperation between the 2 companies, dated 20 Dec. in the early winter of 2017 and February 2018 Stockholm arbitration court ruled on disputes "Gazprom" and "Naftogaz" on contracts for production and delivery and transit of gas. The arbitrators read the counterclaims and ruled that "Gazprom" is obliged to pay the Ukrainian organization, 2, 56 billion dollars. Then, this amount increased due %. The Protocol also includes a consensus on the settlement of legal disputes. in addition to the payments of 2, 9 billion, the organization will sign an agreement for waiver of claims for which no final verdict.
