Protocol on gas cooperation signed by Russia and Ukraine on December 20, provided that Kiev during world Treaty antitrust dispute will waive all claims (they are about 7, 4 billion), and Gazprom is to withdraw from the court in Geneva a claim for violation of Ukraine's obligations to protect the investment.
