The interior Ministry explained a new procedure for the state registration of vehicles. So, dealers had the opportunity to put the machine on record specifically in the showroom. Customers now do not need to contact the traffic police Department to get numbers. However, as explained in the Ministry, the region code in the number will be tied to the subject of the registration of the owner of the car. during the registration process, cars will also be able to participate the manufacturers of vehicles. They, together with the dealers will work with the necessary registration documents on behalf of the owners and transfer them to the DMV via the state services portal. For operations with the data Trustee will be obliged to present the original passport of the owner or a legally-certified power of attorney. in addition, the Law provides for the application of the vehicles additional markings that, according to the interior Ministry, will give the opportunity to "clearly define" the machine changed history and will relieve buyers from the repetitive inspections.
