It was December 25 of last year. The offender, who arrived on a journalism visa, said an official warning and given three days to leave the Russian Federation. On the following day he left for home.
Japanese diplomats told the protest and handed over a note. Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy in the capital of Russia was summoned to the foreign Ministry for an explanation.
