Lindsay Lohan`s new lawyer is no longer representing her. The actress was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab earlier this month after breaching the terms of her probation. Lindsay had been ordered to attend alcohol education classes as part of her 2007 conviction for Driving Under the Influence (DUI), but didn`t go to enough. She burst into tears upon hearing the sentence, and is said to be in denial about her jail time - due to start today. Lindsay`s mother Dina Lohan said the family was considering appealing, and it was soon revealed the star had parted ways with her lawyer Shawn Chapmen Holley. After days of speculation, Robert Shapiro said he was prepared to take on the case last week. Robert was one of the attorneys who successfully defended O.J. Simpson when he was accused of killing his ex-wife and her boyfriend in 1994. Lindsay has been staying at a sober house set up by Robert since last week, and on Friday he released a statement saying he would be working with her but only if she abided by judge`s orders and went to jail. However, Robert is said to have told Judge Marsha Revel, who has been ruling on Lindsay`s case, he is no longer involved during a meeting yesterday. It is unknown who will represent Lindsay when she arrives at court to start her sentence later today. Although Robert was working with Lindsay, he wasn`t her official lawyer. Shawn never signed papers to remove herself as the star`s attorney, so is technically still on the case. Lindsay`s assistant was apparently seen taking her things from sober house Pickford Lofts yesterday. Lindsay has not publicly discussed her impending incarceration, although there have been repeated reports she is not facing up to the situation. She did refer to her legal problems on Twitter yesterday, revealing she was worried about going to prison. "The only `bookings` that i`m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i`d be `booking` into Jail... eeeks (sic)," she wrote. Her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson replied: "well- you haven`t lost your sense of humour."
