Siluanov has paid attention that the situation develops not in the best way, for this reason, Russia deviates from the macroeconomic projections that were generated for the year 2020: for example, the collapse of oil prices almost 3 trillion rubles will reduce the volumes of oil and gas revenues of parish funds.
