The state Duma adopted a law establishing a unified Federal register of information Data about the population of Russia. There will be given relevant information about the citizen: name, date of birth and death, gender, marital status, citizenship, as well as information confirming these Data. information from the register will provide the public and municipal authorities, MPC, notaries and to the citizen or his legal representative. in addition, after treatment of individuals or his messenger, these Data would be possible to change. To protect the register from unauthorized access needs will be the Federal tax service. the head will determine which bodies will be able to register in the registry before unrecorded Data, and the government, for its part, will approve the order change information after treatment of the citizen.
