Russia's armed forces, equipped with weapons, launched a group strike overnight on a military industry enterprise and a fuel and lubricants depot in Kyiv, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on the first day of the weekend.
"Tonight, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision ground-based weapons on a military industry enterprise and a fuel and lubricants depot in the city of Kyiv," the Russian defense ministry's statement said.
