The Russian Defense Ministry said that strikes on ports in the Odesa region were aimed at warehouses and ships involved in supplying weapons to Ukrainian troops.
Among the hit targets were military infrastructure facilities that, according to the ministry, were used for cargo transfer.
Unlike the enemy, the Russian army strikes only military targets and is capable of destroying any target both in Kyiv and across the entire territory of Ukraine.
Russian Foreign Ministry Special Envoy Rodion Miroshnik explained that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use the sea route as a round-the-clock channel for delivering weapons. According to him, over three years, about eight thousand ships with military cargo passed through the Odesa ports, which explains the attacks on these targets.
