In the morning, Russian troops carried out a group strike on military industry facilities and oil refineries in a number of Ukrainian cities. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
Among the targets hit were military plants and oil refineries. In addition, as the ministry clarified, a dry cargo ship carrying military property in the port of Odessa was attacked.
The Defense Ministry emphasized that, unlike the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army strikes exclusively at military-industrial complex facilities and is capable of hitting any target both in Kiev and throughout the territory of Ukraine.
