The music mogul heard about the plight of Megan Kershaw and organised the trip to the resort in Orlando, Florida, next month so she can celebrate her 13th birthday at the world famous park.
Megan - who has already endured 18 months of gruelling chemotherapy, as well as having three quarters of her liver removed after being diagnosed with a rare type of cancer in 2008 - drew up a wish board, which included meeting Simon and Girls Aloud, as well as visiting the theme park.
Her mother Deborah told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "This is wonderful. Megan is really excited, she can`t wait, she is counting down the days. It`s lovely to see. People have been so generous raising money and now Simon Cowell has been so generous too.
"I think he was touched by her story and Megan`s determination to beat cancer. It will be really emotional for me to see her finally getting to Disney World after all we have been through."
The schoolgirl has already fulfilled her ambition to meet Girls Aloud and has also been to Downing Street, ridden in a limousine, met the casts of musicals `Billy Elliot` and `Mamma Mia` and visited the set of British soap opera `Emmerdale`.
She will fly in premier class to Orlando in September for the Disney trip.
Simon said: "Megan is a very brave girl. I`m glad I could help."
