The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the return of 103 Russian servicemen from territory under Kyiv's control.
Currently, the Russians are placed in Belarus, where human rights commissioner Yana Lantratova is interacting with them. She noted that for the first time in a long period, 31 wounded fighters were returned from captivity. In the near future, all soldiers will be delivered to their homeland, where they will undergo necessary treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions of the Ministry of Defense.
The ministry also emphasized that the United Arab Emirates provided humanitarian mediation in this process.
The previous prisoner exchange took place on June 26, when the sides exchanged 160 for 160.
