The Russian Defense Ministry said that Russian troops attacked facilities in the port of Yuzhny, located in Odesa region. The targets of the strikes were fuel and lubricant depots and infrastructure where military cargo is stored.

The ministry clarified that as a result of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, five fuel tanks were destroyed, and port infrastructure intended for housing military cargo was damaged.

As emphasized by the Defense Ministry, unlike the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army strikes exclusively at military-industrial complex facilities. For this, high-precision ground-based weapons and drones are used, which are capable of hitting targets both in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine.
