Vladimir Putin has signed a decree aimed at ensuring the security of critical infrastructure amid growing threats related to the special military operation.
According to the document, such facilities include [a list of facilities not disclosed in the text]. If responsible persons fail to ensure proper security of these facilities, the government, on the president's instructions, will be able to introduce temporary management over them.
At the same time, the powers of the facility's owner are transferred to the Federal Agency for State Property Management or another authorized person, except for the right to dispose of property located at the facility. The authorized person will be obliged to ensure the safety of the property and may conduct its inventory.
The decree comes into force from the day of its official publication.
