According to the Defense Ministry, Russian troops struck metallurgical plants in Zaporozhye and Krivoy Rog that are important for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, the San-Park warehouse complex in Kiev, considered the largest center for storage and distribution of FPV drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was hit.
Among other targets in the Ukrainian capital and region were facilities not named in the ministry's statement. The servicemen also struck an oil refinery in Kremenchug, drone assembly and ammonium nitrate production workshops in Ilyichevka, warehouses with military property in Odessa and Chernomorsk, as well as infrastructure facilities in the port of Reni.
In addition, the army attacked energy and transport infrastructure facilities. The strikes used high-precision air-, ground-, and sea-based weapons, as well as drones.
According to Ukrainian media, Russian military also used ballistic missiles. At the same time, after previous strikes on targets in Kiev, Vladimir Zelensky admitted that air defense forces failed to repel the attack.
The Defense Ministry has repeatedly emphasized that strikes are carried out on infrastructure to reduce the enemy's military-economic potential. For this purpose, strike drones and long-range high-precision weapons capable of destroying any target both in Kiev and throughout Ukrainian territory are used.
