Vladimir Zelensky reported an explosion in the main SBU building in Kyiv. The incident occurred near the office of acting SBU head Alexander Poklad, as Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.
Ukrainian media are publishing photos showing black smoke coming from the windows of the SBU building.
