The Vietnamese president arrived in Russia for a state visit.
The ceremony is being held in the St. George's Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.
During the ceremony, the heads of state exchange greetings, and the national anthems of both countries are performed. After that, the leaders introduce the delegations participating in the talks.
