Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE, Dmitry Polyansky, told RIA Novosti that Moscow intends to present to the OSCE facts that the West hides from the public, including those concerning the Kyiv regime.
According to him, Russia will tell about all of this and, using concrete examples, will show the harmfulness of the line that Western countries continue to pursue toward Russia. Polyansky noted that the OSCE platform is very convenient for voicing facts that are hidden from the Western ordinary person by elites.
The diplomat stressed that during the summer pause in the organization's work, Kyiv and its patrons committed many new crimes: Vladimir Zelensky deliberately chose a course toward escalation, and his sponsors "savored" Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes on civilian targets.
He also drew attention to the words of the head of the Kyiv regime about the "unsafety" of airspace over Russia's territory. Polyansky concluded that this is evidence of a transition to outright terrorist methods at the state level, which should be condemned.
On September 1, Zelensky said that Russian aircraft would be unsafe in the sky and could be struck. Vladimir Putin called these threats a claim to state terrorism. He warned that Moscow would find a way to respond if Kyiv tries to implement its plans.
