According to information posted on the CEC website, by 13:37 Moscow time voter turnout in the State Duma elections stood at 50.46 percent.
Russia is holding the final, third day of voting. The single voting day began on September 18, and at most polling stations it will end today at 20:00. An exception has been made for some polling stations in border areas - their operating hours have been reduced. At the same time, remote electronic voting is taking place in 33 regions.

More than 111 million people can vote in Russia, and more than 1.8 million abroad. The number of observers has exceeded 380,000, a record. Among them are more than a thousand foreigners representing 133 states and 13 international organizations.
