Head of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova announced preliminary data on clearing the five-percent threshold on party lists for the State Duma. According to her, four parties managed to do so.
Pamfilova also noted that A Just Russia retains a strong chance of clearing the five-percent threshold.
As for the single-mandate districts, according to preliminary data, United Russia is winning in 208 of 225 districts. Communist Party candidates are leading in five districts, A Just Russia in four, LDPR in two, and the Rodina party in one. In four more single-mandate districts, independents are ahead.
According to the latest data cited by Pamfilova, United Russia receives 355 deputy seats, the Communist Party 40, LDPR 25, and New People 20.
In remote electronic voting, United Russia received 49.06% of the vote. Second place went to New People with 15.42%, followed by the Communist Party with 12.26% and LDPR with 10.79%.

The elections of deputies of the ninth State Duma and the election campaigns combined with them were held from September 18 to 20. Turnout exceeded 59%.
