The Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday that a massed night strike by the Russian Armed Forces hit the Kyivstar and Parkovyi telecommunications centers in Kyiv.
According to the ministry's statement, these facilities provide communications services and computing capacity for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Russian Defense Ministry's statement said: "As a result of the strike, ... in the city of Kyiv ... the Kyivstar and Parkovyi telecommunications centers, which provide communications services and computing capacity for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, were hit."
