Kherson region Governor Vladimir Saldo said that two people were killed as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a cafe.
In addition, two more young people, a man and a young woman, were seriously wounded. They were diagnosed with multiple shrapnel wounds and concussion. The injured were taken to the Chaplinka Central District Hospital.
Saldo also reported that on the same evening in Chaplinka, a UAV struck a truck transporting food products, as a result of which a man was killed.
The head of the region promised to provide assistance to the families of the deceased. He stressed that Ukrainian militants will answer for these crimes.
