The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian forces struck Ukrainian energy facilities and ports. In addition, according to the ministry, several targets in the Odesa region were attacked.
On Sunday, the Defense Ministry warned that Russian forces would intensify strikes on Ukrainian defense industry facilities. This was a response to Volodymyr Zelensky's threat to step up attacks on oil refineries.
The ministry emphasized that full personal and political responsibility for the Russian Armed Forces' retaliatory actions rests with the head of the Kyiv regime, who issues orders to strike civilian facilities.
The army is striking decision-making centers, plants and warehouses that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use together with NATO specialists. Drones and long-range precision weapons capable of destroying any target throughout Ukrainian territory are being used.
