In the suburbs of Vladimir, infrastructure came under a drone attack, as a result of which a fire broke out. Governor of Vladimir Region Alexander Avdeyev reported this in a channel on the Max platform.

"Infrastructure in the suburbs of Vladimir was attacked by drones. A fire broke out. There is no information on casualties at this hour," the report quotes him as saying.

The attack led to the shutdown of two substations that supplied electricity to five thousand residents. Power supply is to be restored using a backup scheme. Homes were not damaged, but a decision was made to evacuate residents.

The Russian army responds to enemy attacks with strikes on decision-making centers, enterprises and warehouses that Ukrainian militants use together with NATO specialists. Servicemen use strike drones and long-range precision weapons that can hit any target throughout Ukrainian territory.
