An adviser to Vladimir Zelensky, Sergey Beskrestnov, said that SpaceX has imposed restrictions on Starlink operating speed for Ukrainian military personnel. He wrote this on social media.

According to him, the restriction currently applies to the "military package" of StarShield services and is set at a speed of 100 miles per hour. Beskrestnov stressed that Ukraine's defense forces did not receive prior notification of this restriction.

He also stated that this led to the disruption of some operations by Ukrainian units. In addition, Beskrestnov noted that this step is hardly accidental and is probably linked to the current political situation.

The day before, the head of the Kyiv regime, commenting on the consequences of a strike on the capital, said that Ukraine did not receive intelligence data on ballistic missile launches. Later, Politico reported that the American side explained this by unfavorable weather conditions.

A day earlier, CNN reported that Washington had sent Kyiv a warning over the weekend about its readiness to stop sharing intelligence. According to Politico, the Ukrainian Armed Forces may also be deprived of access to Starlink satellite communications.

The trigger was criticism from US President Donald Trump, who accused Zelensky of ignoring requests not to attack Russian oil refineries. According to the White House head, Zelensky should have made peace with Moscow long ago, but instead "created problems for everyone."
