The Russian Ministry of Defense said on Thursday that during a night strike, the Russian army hit port infrastructure in Odesa region at the Izmail port, which is used in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The ministry's statement clarified: "As a result of the strike in Odesa region, the port infrastructure of the Izmail port was hit, used for unloading and storing military and dual-use cargo intended to supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces."
