Ryazan Region governor Pavel Malkov said that an oil refinery was damaged as a result of a massive drone attack.
In addition, according to the head of the region, damage was caused to a warehouse and cars at another enterprise located in Ryazan.
According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. Malkov added that emergency service personnel are working at the scene and assessing the damage from the raid.
Earlier, the head of the region announced that, for safety reasons, a decision had been made to cancel classes in schools and kindergartens in the Oktyabrsky and part of the Sovetsky districts of Ryazan. Duty groups will operate for parents who have no one with whom to leave their children.
