An attack by drones occurred in the Seversky district of Krasnodar region. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev wrote this in a channel on the Max platform.
"Seversky district came under a UAV attack. Unfortunately, there are fatalities," the report quotes him as saying.
Another injured person is in hospital, and his condition is assessed as serious.
As the governor specified, UAV debris damaged a residential building, and fires broke out on the territory of two enterprises.
All emergency services are involved at the sites. The head of Seversky district, Alexey Cheverev, has been instructed to provide support to the injured person and the families of the deceased.
In response to enemy attacks, Russia's Armed Forces strike decision-making centers, enterprises and storage facilities that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use together with NATO specialists. Strike UAVs and long-range precision weapons capable of destroying any target throughout Ukrainian territory are being used.
