US President Donald Trump has said he is ready to take part in a trilateral meeting with the leaders of Russia and China, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping. He said this to journalists while answering a corresponding question.
"I would do it," he is quoted as saying in response to a question about the possibility of such a meeting with the Russian president and the Chinese president.
According to Trump, he would meet with Putin and Xi Jinping provided that they themselves want it.
"I think it would be in China," the US president added.
