The meeting on a Ukraine settlement planned for the first half of November in the UAE will be held in a trilateral format. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, a comprehensive solution to the crisis is impossible without discussing security issues for Moscow and Kyiv. Peskov also noted that it is impossible to discuss the security architecture in the Old World without Europeans, but the start of the conversation will be in a trilateral format.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that Russia is ready to resume contacts on resolving the conflict. Their goal will be security issues for Ukraine and Russia after reaching peace agreements in their final version.
As Peskov noted, the president has not yet decided on the composition of the delegation for the new round of talks.
