The FSB Public Relations Center told RIA Novosti that a minor citizen was detained following a check of information about the preparation of a terrorist attack in Moscow.

According to the agency, the detainee published photographs taken at the Tsaritsyno museum-reserve on TikTok with the caption I found a place. He also posted there his own photos in tactical clothing, a balaclava, a cap, glasses and headphones, holding an object resembling an assault rifle.

In his communications devices, investigators found the account from which the threats were posted, as well as a subscription to a neo-Nazi channel and queries about committed terrorist attacks, mass murders and other violent acts.

The day before, a warning about the threat of an incident with mass casualties appeared on the website of the US embassy in Russia. Americans were advised not to approach the specified area, to monitor their surroundings, and to keep a charged phone and documents with them.

Later, the FSB confirmed that it had received information from the American side about the preparation of a terrorist attack and had begun the relevant work. The museum-reserve was temporarily closed and visitors were evacuated.
