ALEX Reid has claimed that he has "Superman sperm" - after it emerged that he and wife Jordan are struggling to conceive. Glamour model Jordan, real name Katie Price, recently revealed that she had IVF twice in a bid to become pregnant, but cagefighter Alex says he is not to blame for the infertility issues. Writing in his Star magazine column, he said: "We had all the tests. We are both fine but something wasn`t happening. "We just wanted to have it now, like Katie has said. The specialists have confirmed I have Superman sperm! "I believe God doesn`t always give you what you want for a reason at a certain time, but that it will happen." Katie, 32, underwent two lots of unsuccessful IVF treatments and Alex, 35, admitted he was "gutted" that the procedures didn`t work, but said he is staying positive. He added: "I`m emotional. I have strong feelings about all of it. I`m gutted it didn`t happen. "But I`m positive we are going to have beautiful, wonderful kids and I see that day as clear as day in my head. That`s the crux of it - we are going to have kids." Katie - who is already mum to Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii - has said she will adopt if she is unable to become pregnant again. Meanwhile, Alex won`t be pleased to hear that his wife has been speaking about her desire to meet with her ex Peter Andre, 37, in her latest book You Only Live Once. She said: "I still feel I need to see him and talk about why we broke up. It sounds crazy but it`s been well over a year since we split up and I`ve only seen him twice. "We never discussed the argument that led to him walking out and it feels like unfinished business in my head."
