The Russian central bank has left its key refinancing rate unchanged at 7.75 percent and maintained other operating rates at previous levels, following its Friday board meeting. The decision was in line with analysts` forecasts. "The bank believes that inflationary risks, conditioned by monetary factors, are currently at an acceptable level and it will continue monitoring the influence of other factors on inflationary process," the bank said. The regulator cut its refinancing rate several times in 2010, slashing it to the record 7.75 percent from 13 percent at the beginning of 2010.
