The blonde beauty released her autobiography `Sliding into Home` in 2010 and she is now following it up with a tome about life with her 17-month-old son Hank Jr. and her NFL player husband Hank Baskett.
The former Playboy model - who is also getting ready for the fourth season of her E! reality TV show `Kendra` - revealed: "I am writing a second book. So I`ll be everywhere! My new book will be about being a mom, it`s the continuation of book number one. This book is definitely more fun to write than my first one because it`s all about what I think today, not telling a story about the past."
And Kendra intends to include one invaluable piece of advice for mothers in her book - take a break.
She said: "My number one piece of advice to all moms is to just breathe. Take time for yourself, even if it`s just going to the bathroom and taking a couple breathers! Take at least five minutes out of the day for yourself, you deserve it."
The 25-year-old star was voted off `Dancing with the Stars` this week and although she loved her stint on the talent show, she is pleased to have more time to spend at home with baby Hank.
She added to Parade.com: "I had the most amazing time, but after seven weeks of being on `Dancing with the Stars`, it actually made me think about real life. I know what true love is now - and that`s of course my son and my husband. Every now and then it`s cool to get dressed up and glamorous, but at the end of the day, I love what`s real and what`s real is family. That`s what makes me happy. I`m so happy that I get to be a mom again!"
