The cage fighter - who split with the former glamour model in January after less than a year of marriage - has admitted he still loves Katie but hopes he will eventually get over the heartbreak of their separation. In an interview with the Daily Star newspaper, he said: "The only thing I will say about her is that I just hope that she finds what she`s looking for. And I know I will move on too eventually. "Obviously it`s been a pants time, just recently. I mean it`s been like a storm and the storm is passing now. "This isn`t a great time right now but just around the corner I know it`s going to be really great again. The sky is blue and I knew it would be one day." Although Alex misses his estranged wife and her children - Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii - he is ready to throw himself back into the dating scene and is keen to have a good time. He said: "I`m a single guy, I want to have some fun. I am enjoying myself but I am not ready for love yet. But I am a normal guy with urges, yes. Never say never and if I found love then great. If it`s a celebrity or not, it doesn`t matter if I love someone. "I`m not closed to the idea of love, I will love again. I am not ready to think about marriage yet."
