The 24-year-old reality TV star - who famously underwent 10 appearance-altering procedures in one day in November 2009 - insists she currently has no plans to go under the knife again but won’t rule out having more treatments as she gets older. She said: "For this moment, I don`t want anything to do with plastic surgery. Obviously when I get a little older, I`ll take it from there." The blonde beauty - who is married to Spencer Pratt - has taken a break from the spotlight in recent months and has vowed to retain a level of privacy in future. She said: "From now on, I`m going to keep my life a little more private. I think I was just doing `The Hills` for so long and I just needed a break from Hollywood . Plus, I enjoy my privacy. "I needed a break after such a crazy six years of my life. And from being in Hollywood , I`ve been with my puppies and my husband. It`s low-key." However, Heidi is set to return to the spotlight as one of seven celebrities competing on `Reality Food`, a new TV show which sees the famous faces - including `The Bachelor` star Jake Pavelka and Danielle Staub from `Real Housewives of New Jersey` - compete to win a stake in a new restaurant by undergoing a series of tasks involving the eatery. Speaking about the new show, Heidi said: "These people are a little bit older than me, so it`s different. It`s been pretty crazy. It`s definitely different than ‘The Hills’."
