The annual inflation rate in Russia for 2005 could be 11-11.5%, Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref said Monday. The minister said inflation grew 0.6% in October, whereas inflation in the first ten months of the year was down 0.1% at 9.2% in comparison with 2004.
