30-year-old woman has been sentenced suspended to one year of deprivation of liberty. Inhabitant of Zavodouk district of Tyumen region crushed her 3-month-old daughter with her breast during breast-feeding. Young mother was in condition of alcoholic inebriation and fell asleep. Prosecutor Zhanna Ivanova said forensic medical examination reported baby`s death was of suffocation as a result of closing respiratory tract by breast. The woman repented during preliminary investigation, pleaded guilty and asked to try a case unusually, without identifying evidence examination. The court took into account woman`s repentance and defendant`s 5-year-old son and decided not to sentence punishment with deprivation of liberty.
