But Sharon`s lawyer Jerry Popovich was "disappointed" with the jury`s verdict, which it reached after deciding the actress` fence was not sturdy enough to prevent Peter`s fall. Speaking outside court, he told reporters: "We`re disappointed they did not take her testimony at face value."
