"This is tragic event in life of our country, our people. But people who fought there and struggled for their ideals did that with dignity", - said president of Russia during meeting with members of "9-th company" shooting group. Russian president said that actions in film of Fedor Bondarchuk reminded him about operations in Chechnya. "I can draw a parallel between present days. I remember about Pskov landing troops of 6-th company in Chechnya. I don`t think that situation differed much from the one we see in film", - said Putin.
