The couple - who have been dating since 2006 - tied the knot in front of just 35 friends and family in a romantic ceremony on Sir Richard Branson`s private Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands last week and are currently taking a short break in the Caribbean island of St Barts before returning to work. Nick - who must return to his role as host of `The Sing Off` next week -told People: "We just wanted something relaxing. We weren`t necessarily able to take our dream honeymoon in the Maldives because of timing, but we`ll take this mini-moon and do that one later." TV host Vanessa wore a two-piece Monique Lhuillier ensemble for the ceremony and Nick admitted she took his breath away. He said: "It literally took my breath away. It`s a moment you fantasize about, and I was certainly not disappointed." Speaking about their wedding, Vanessa added: "For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that`s to start a family together." Nick was previously married to pop star Jessica Simpson.
