Presnensky court saved NASA from astrologer`s accusations
Presnensky court of Moscow has dismissed the charge of Russian astrologer Marina Bai to National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of reparation of moral damages at the rate of $310 m in connection with bombing of comet Tempel-1.

Presnensky court of Moscow has dismissed the charge of Russian astrologer Marina Bai to National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of reparation of moral damages at the rate of $310 m in connection with bombing of comet Tempel-1.
According to plaintiff`s lawyer Alexander Molokhov the decision is going to be appealed within ten days. "Our case was dismissed without explanation of reasons. I`m glad it was settled so fast. Now it is a problem for judge. It would be easier to carry our point in Mosgorsud, if he explains his decision worse," - said Molokhov.
At first the astrologer asked to ban judicially "bombing" of the comet with space probe Deep Impact, but as far as NASA nevertheless realized that action, court demands were changed.
Marina Bai demanded to repair a moral damage in her suit. She considers NASA`s action "attempts on her system of cultural and living wealth and on natural space life and breaks natural balance of forces in universe".
